April Black Business Mixer

In April, our Black Business Mixer was held at The Lansing Pillars, where local entrepreneurs gathered to explore the power of personal branding. This month’s theme focused on the idea that knowing who you are and what you value is essential to how you show up in business. Whether you're funny and outgoing or family-focused and grounded, your brand should reflect those qualities. From your marketing to your internal policies, letting your personality and priorities shine through helps customers connect with you on a deeper level.

March Black Business Mixer

Our March Black Business Mixer was hosted at the vibrant Paint with Monet Studio, bringing together Black business professionals for a day of connection, creativity, and meaningful conversation. This month, we centered the discussion on the mental load that women often carry while balancing work, family, and personal responsibilities. We explored practical coping strategies and boundary-setting tools designed to support a healthier, happier lifestyle. Attendees left feeling empowered, seen, and supported in both their personal and professional journeys.
